July marked the fifth straight month of rising home sales in the Greater Toronto Area, with prices also up for the second month in a row. While year-over-year numbers for sales, prices, and new listings are still down, we're seeing clear signs of stabilization—even as higher borrowing costs and economic uncertainty persist.
